Let’s get physical

Ah – a new year, a new opportunity to start resume the exercise that I used to do. This year is no different and so, now that January is here and in full swing, I shall begin. Hopefully, over the course of the year, I’ll get back to my old running stride and will shed the stone or so that I’ve eaten and in doing so, will give me a blogging inspiration and something to shout about.

January starts with a 30 day torture of squats, hilariously named burpees and push ups. Oh, and a weekly bootcamp session after work. Feel free to sweat along with me
